For acupuncture, comfortable and loose-fitting clothing is recommended so we can easily access the treatment areas.
Depending on the area being treated, you may be asked to remove some clothing (for example, for the back or shoulders). Draping is always used to ensure you feel comfortable and covered throughout the session.
For Tuina bodywork, clothing can remain on.

They are different in their approach and underlying principles.
Acupuncture is based on a broader understanding of the body, including internal balance and overall function, while dry needling is typically more focused on specific muscle points.Depending on your condition, elements of both approaches may be used as part of your treatment.

After your session, it is recommended to rest, stay hydrated, and avoid strenuous activity for the remainder of the day.
